Ellison Steinhauer2026 5-9 G Ellison Steinhauer – Pickens
Ellison was a one-man wrecking ball at camp, scoring at all levels as she carried her team. Records could fall her senior season as Pickens’ offensive workhorse. Steinhauer pumped in 30 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 blocks in a 50-41 win over Sprayberry, netting three three-pointers. Ellison got the lion’s share of the shots but managed to be efficient. She loved getting to her pull-up jumper, hitting five. Steinhauer uses a deft spin move to free herself for short jumpers in the lane, getting to her spots under control. Ellison plays off two feet in traffic and is heady when it comes to baiting fouls. Steinhauer attacks on the perimeter but she also has set play calls for her to post up where she can score with turnaround jumpers. Another underrated aspect of Steinhauer’s game is her cutting without the ball. She finds open spaces and upon the catch is ready to shoot or quickly facilitate. Steinhauer took full advantage of the UNG stage, playing in front of the North Georgia coaching staff for the first time. D-II Roosevelt is Ellison’s only posted offer coming back in 2024. I would be stunned if she doesn’t finish the summer with a handful of bids. I think she is firmly cemented on North Georgia’s radar now. D-II programs should not waste anymore time in getting involved. I personally still see a D-I ceiling that is obtainable.

2026 5-7 PG Kaitlyn Williams – Sprayberry
It was a positive first impression for Kaitlyn Williams, dumping in 15 points and 3 rebounds against Pickens. It was my first time seeing the athletic playmaker. Williams is a wired-to-score lead guard. She really likes her pull-up jumper, willing to stop and pop from beyond the arc. With her speed and agility, I think Williams should be able to get to the rim consistently. She scored on a floater and off a cut while her other buckets came on threes, two via the step-back. The natural gifts are there. I need to see more of Williams but she seems like a viable prospect that should move up recruiting boards her senior season after exploding her junior year to average 17 points per game.

Tamia Tomlinson
2027 5-10 W Tamia Tomlinson – Milton
I was incredibly impressed with Tamia Tomlinson on Thursday. She played incredibly hard and looked outstanding blending her athleticism and strength to overwhelm the opposition. Tomlinson was a flat-out bully on the offensive glass. She aggressively hunted down rebounds, snagging caroms at their highest point like a wide receiver winning a jump ball over a corner back. Tamia was fully engaged in a 59-50 win over Fannin County, collecting 8 points, 12 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Her physicality and explosiveness led to three putbacks. When she cleared rebounds, she looked to push the ball coast-to-coast, implementing an in-and-out dribble to freeze defenders on her way to the rack. Tomlinson finished with both hands on offense and provided versatility on defense. If Tamia can replicate her effort against Fannin County and provide that energy throughout her junior season, a breakout campaign is forthcoming after averaging just 3.1 points and 3.5 rebounds as a sophomore.

Caroline Young2026 6-0 W Caroline Young – Milton
The transition to wing continues to progress swimmingly for Caroline Young. Known for her versatility on both ends of the floor, Young’s value keeps rising as her guard skills and perimeter feel improve. Caroline made it a point to showcase her range against Fannin County in a 59-50 win, netting a pair of threes while confidently launching from beyond the arc. Young has been a double-double machine throughout her career with her nose for the ball and her exceptional length. She cleaned the glass well against the Rebels but was also able to produce away from the paint with her jump shooting and her off the dribble attack.  Young produced 16 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals. I’ve been a fan of Caroline’s game for a long time. I think it’s time for offers to start trickling in. D-I to D-III programs should all be actively pursuing.

Deyva Davis
2027 5-8 PG Deyva Davis – Milton
Deyva is quickly ascending Georgia’s 2027 class as a top point guard. Davis is an Energizer Bunny with elite speed and athleticism making her a game breaking presence especially on defense. Deyva forces turnovers with her on-ball defense, ability to read passes and wipes away backend mistakes with her shot blocking. Davis fills up the stat sheet with her motor. In the open floor, Deyva is nearly impossible to catch. She gets to the rim easily. Her outside shot is steadily improving, able to knock down threes off the catch when given space. Against Fannin County, Davis racked up 18 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 4 blocks while providing steady defense when locked up against Izzie Jabaley. D-I and D-II programs will want to track Davis this summer.

Izzie Jabaley
2027 5-6 PG Izzie Jabaley – Fannin County
Izzie is an elite transition passer. She beats the defense over the top with her strong touchdown passes. Jabaley is the straw that stirs the drink and makes the state champion Rebels so good in transition. Her unselfishness sets the tone as winning is Izzie’s top priority. Jabaley is tough with the ball, a physically built pass-first point guard who is always ready to create for others. Jabaley is tough downhill through contact and is a good three-point shooter when asked to score. Against Milton, Izzie totaled 7 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 block. The more opportunities Jabaley gets to play in front of college coaches, the more they will fall in love with her leadership and floor general style of play.

Maggie Ledford
2026 5-5 G Maggie Ledford – Fannin County
Fannin County’s most consistent perimeter scorer has been Maggie Ledford. While she is capable of playing point, offensively Maggie is at her best when playing off-ball alongside Izzie Jabaley. Ledford is a knockdown shooter off the catch and smart decision maker. Maggie is ball-strong, usually unphased by the defense. She does a great job leaking out in transition for breakaway hoops. In two games at UNG, Ledford sank four threes and averaged 12 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists. D-III and NAIA programs should make it a point to evaluate this year.

Reese Lewis2026 6-0 C Reese Lewis – Fannin County
North Georgia’s premier double-double machine averaged 12.5 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assist, 1.5 steals and 2.5 blocks over a two-game span at camp. The lefty is a terrific rim runner who scores in transition and gets into position to offensive rebound without going over the back. Lewis scored on four putbacks against Milton and converted a pair of And-1s. Reese is an old school back-to-the-basket post presence, always looking to get to her lefty hook. Adding to her off the dribble game and expanding her shooting range will be areas of growth. D-II, D-III and NAIA programs should all be heavily involved.

2027 5-6 F Jaiden Graham – Etowah
It is hard to believe that Jaiden is only 5-foot-6. Graham plays in the front court for Etowah, giving up plenty of inches in height but never an inch in ground on the floor. Graham creates mismatches that swing the advantage in her favor. She is quick to the ball and doesn’t shy away from playing through contact. The combo-forward stretches the floor with her jump shot and can take slower defenders off the dribble. She runs the floor in transition, scoring with both hands at the rim. Jaiden works hard on defense, slippery to post up against as she works around seals for steals and deflections. The undersized forward is quick off her feet to challenge shots inside. In a win over Jackson County, Jaiden compiled 12 points, 4 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocks.

Savannah Aparicio2027 5-7 PG Savannah Aparicio – Etowah
Good things happen when the ball is in Savannah’s hands. Aparicio is extremely polished as an all-around player. She knows when to use her size and strength. When Savannah attacks the basket, she gets downhill with a tight handle and then is strong enough to bump defenders off her. Aparicio is a crafty finisher with both hands. Savannah shoots the three well off the catch and off the dribble. Defensively, she rips away steals and pursues 50/50 balls. Her ability to raise the play of those around her is impressive. Savannah tallied 15 points, 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 steals against Jackson County. D-I and D-II schools should have their sights set on Savannah.

Lyla Griffith
2026 5-9 W Lyla Griffith – Cherokee
In a 53-49 victory over Oconee County, Lyla had a monster performance with 24 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals, 18 points coming in the first half. Griffith was aggressive on offense, attacking the basket with her left hand as she scored on two drives and a putback. Lyla lit it up from distance as well, canning a pair of threes. Griffith’s explosive offensive performance reminds us how well-balanced of a scorer and overall player she is. Lyla doesn’t always need to put up big offensive numbers to make a difference, often times doing so with her defense and rebounding. Non-D-I programs looking to add a winning player with some versatility and toughness may want to check in on Lyla.

2026 5-8 W Sage Smiley – Cherokee
Sage is an elite glue guy. She affects winning in a variety of ways. Smiley can drain catch-and-shoot threes and provide versatility on defense. Against Oconee County, Sage dominated the interior with her nose for the ball. Smiley pounded the Warriors on the offensive glass, physically throwing her body into rebounding position before elevating to snag boards with both hands then finishing through contact. Sage scored out of the pick-and-roll, converted a hook shot and scored on three putbacks as she tallied 12 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals in a four-point win.

2027 5-9 W Jill Daniel – Oconee County
Jump shooting Jill was knocking down shots against Cherokee. She hit two corner threes, a mid-range, a short-range, a pull-up from 15-feet and dropped in a floater en route to 16 points and 3 rebounds. Daniel is always shot-ready upon the catch and is comfortable getting to her spots with one-dribble pull-ups.

2026 5-11 W Maddie Lee – Lumpkin County
Pressed into playing point guard at camp with two key pieces missing, Lee flashed upside throughout. Maddie is a big guard that can play 1-4. She is a threat to shoot the three and is strong enough to get all the way to the rim where she can finish through fouls. Against Cambridge, Maddie converted two And-1s and sank a top of the key three to finish with 9 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 4 steals. I could see Lee becoming a hot commodity for D-III and NAIA level schools.

2026 5-4 PG Gabi Johnson – Cambridge
The lacrosse star is quick and aggressive. Gabi pushes the pace in transition and does a really nice job finishing with her left hand. Johnson is a sneaky good passer off the dribble. Her energy is felt on defense when Cambridge presses, able to turn ball handlers and force turnovers. Gabi’s athleticism and motor help her fill up the box score. She’s at her best when penetrating but can sink the open three. Johnson picked up 13 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals and 1 block in a 48-39 win over Lumpkin County.
