McEachern 64, No. 5 North Gwinnett 54: Freshman Rhys Cotton dumped in 22 points at the Hawks-Naismith Holiday Classic while Braden Sparks added 19. Clemson-signee RJ Godfrey led North Gwinnett with 19 points.

No. 7 Berkmar 68, No. 6 Norcorss 67 OT: Jameel Rideout scored 19 points including 10 in the fourth. Bryce Blaine and Malique Ewin scored 15 each. Ahmed Soumahoro netted 10. Norcross was led by Jerry Deng’s 18 points. Aiden Sherrell scored 12 points. Samarion Bond, Mier Panoam and Michael Zhang scored 11 each.

Discovery 65, Duluth 56: Zailan Blue scored 21 points and Danu Baker chipped in 16. Byron Martin and DeCourey McGowan had 9 points apiece.

West Forsyth 66, South Forsyth 57: Georgia College-signee Jake Mooney had 20 points and 14 rebounds. Grant Moore went for 19 points and 7 rebounds. Caleb Lesch contributed 11 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. South Forsyth got 22 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists from Ethan Underwood. Teddy Toth scored 13.

Etowah 70, ^A-PrivateNo. 3 Galloway 44: Dimitri Angelakos had 15 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals while Josh Hughes produced 14 points and 7 rebounds. Brandon Rechsteiner (12), Jonah Hamilton (12) and Mason Etter (10) all reached double figures. Dajaun Devonish tallied 8 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Galloway got 21 points and 10 rebounds from Anthony Arrington. Bradley Banner scored 9 points and Quentin Alterman posted 6 points and 5 assists.

Discovery 51, Dunwoody 47: Zailan Blue hit 5 threes and finished with 16 points. DeCourey McGowan netted 14 points. Byron Martin had 10 points and 5 steals. Darryl Walton chipped in 4 points, 8 rebounds, 3 steals and 3 blocks.

KC Gunnar hit key threes and tallied 13 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Duke Clayton added 7 points and 7 rebounds. Gai Chol led Greenforest with 18 points, 13 rebounds and 2 blocks. Jalen Forrest came off the bench to collect 13 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists.

Archer 50, No. 7 Etowah 49: Major Freeman scored 11 points and hit a timely three midway through the fourth quarter during an Archer scoring lull to reenergize the Tigers and push Archer to a win at the Jared Cook Classic.
