No. 1 Grayson 88, Maynard Jackson 33: USF-commit Caleb Murphy had 17 points and 3 steals while Mississippi State-commit Deivon Smith went for 14 points and 5 assists. Ian Schieffelin posted 14 points and 15 rebounds. Quinones Corpman hit 4 threes en route to 14 points.

Archer 80, Mountain View 40: Brent Smith had 20 points and 8 rebounds. Mekhi Carter added 15 points and 5 assists while CJ Hines contributed 13 points, 3 assists and 3 steals. Christian Drummer had 10 points and 5 rebounds. Justin Edmondson had 6 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals while Christian Csere scored his first varsity basket.


Parkview 76, Rockdale County 63: Miles Kelly (23), Jason Edwards (20) and Avantae Harper (19) ignited an offensive explosion. Allen Terrell added 7 points in the win.

West Forsyth 82, Mill Creek 76 OT:
Broc Bidwell finished with 27 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 7 steals. Sterling Johnson had 13 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists while Nick Zabetakis netted 11 points. Jack Bock had 10 points and Joseph Staiti chipped in 8 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. Zack Zabetakis contributed 4 points and 9 rebounds. In the loss, Alabama Huntsville-commit Jack Kostel posted 30 points and 8 rebounds. Zion Wimby had 27 points.

Etowah 52, Kennesaw Mountain 48:
Will Garvey had 17 points and 7 rebounds while Cole Ellis tossed in 17 points and 3 assists in the win. Colby Flaig chipped in with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Discovery 65, Jonesboro 60:
London Riley scored 16 points and Mikey Moncrease had 13 in the tight win. Charles Blamo (9), Cam Shelton (8) and JJ Hawkins (7) balanced the offense.

Cambridge 63, 5ANo. 9 Buford 49: Cole Bearden had 13 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks as the Bears defeated the defending Class 5A state champs. Davis Sager had 11 points and 5 rebounds while Sola Adebisi posted 9 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 blocks while Benton Harkness tossed in 8 points and 5 rebounds. Sebastian Augustave led Buford with 20 points while Caleb Williams double-doubled with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

Richmond Hill 58, New Hampstead 54: Sheldon Lewis pumped in 23 points followed by Jaeden Marshall’s 15 for the Wildcats.

Heritage-Conyers 81, Arabia Mountain 64:
James White (23) and RJ Noord (21) combined for 44 points. Christian Davis scored 11 points. Jarred Waddell and Dash Boston netted 10 points apiece.

Apalachee 58, Flowery Branch 36:
Jamonte Wallace (20) and Brayson Hayes (11) paced the Wildcats.

Mundy’s Mill 75, Griffin 40:
Mason Pierre scored 22 points followed by Chris Lango’s 16. Davin Butler added 10 points while Nigel Johnson had 9. Nic Allen finished with 8 points.

Alcovy 53, Union Grove 39:
Oliver Gerard scored 18 points in the win.

Pope 73, Lassiter 52:
Ross Shepherd went for 26 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Will Kolker had 19 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists while Cam Bleshoy scored 8 points.

No. 3 Kell 68, Sprayberry 53: Scoota Henderson poured in 30 points to pace the Longhorns while Najhae Colon added 17 points. Xavier Presley rounded out the offense with 12 points.

No. 7 Fayette County 50, Newnan 44:
The Tigers survived behind 22 points from JeKobe Coleman. Nick Price and Kingston Calhoun chipped in 7 points apiece.

McIntosh 63, Our Lady of Mercy 53:
Cam Lyons netted 17 points to tie his career-high. Cooper Dolhancyk (13), Shaun Nichols (12) and Burke Berry (10) all netted double digits. Calvin Lisitza added 8 points.

South Effingham 79, Southeast Bulloch 72: In the loss, AJ Williams scored 25 points and had 3 rebounds and 3 assists. Jordyn Bradford posted 17 points and 4 blocks. Omaris Coleman had 13 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocks.

No. 1 Woodward Academy 71, Creekside 40: UNC-commit Walker Kessler posted 22 points, 5 rebounds, 4 steals and 7 blocks. Will Richard added 11 points and 5 rebounds while Davidson-commit Emory Lanier tacked on 10 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. Jordan Oladapo scored 10 points. Michael Whitmore tallied 7 points, 9 assists and 6 steals.

Marist 49, Pinecrest Academy 45: In the loss, Tony Carpio scored 9 points. Hank Lynch and Caleb Bohn scored 8 apiece while Josh Boeye and JJ Hayes each scored 6.

Chestatee 74, Lumpkin County 68:
In the loss, Pat Jackson had 20 points and 5 assists. Jacob Cumbie double-doubled with 17 points and 10 rebounds while Peyton Polk tallied 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 blocks. Gus Faulkner had 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

No. 1 Pace Academy 64, Miller Grove 47: Matthew Cleveland finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Josh Reed had 12 points. Cole Middleton posted 8 points and 7 rebounds. Josh Mininberg (7) and Madison Durr (7) balanced the offense from the backcourt.

East Jackson 78, Oglethorpe County 32: Makayl Rakestraw scored 18 points and RJ White netted 15.

Redan 65, Lakeside-Atlanta 48: Xavier Worthy had 21 points and 5 assists while Toney Richardson finished with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Linard Cole had 12 points, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks while Reuben Woods added 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists.

Galloway 54, No. 9 ELCA 51: Galloway took advantage of a short-handed ELCA group and saw Quentin Alterman post 18 points and 4 assists in the win. Will Winn had 11 points while Anthony Arrington double-doubled with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Mt. Vernon Presbyterian 68, Grace Christian 49:
Alex Morge netted 18 points and collected 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Freshman Chase Clemmons had 13 points and 2 steals. Jordan Wicker added 13 points and 5 rebounds while freshman Dylan Holbrook scored 12. Syncere Harris finished with 6 points, 6 assists and 3 steals.

No. 4 Grayson 75, 5ANo. 9 Maynard Jackson 41: Nyelle Lee broke out with 27 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists while Arkansas State-commit Victoria Dames hung 24 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists. Catherine Alben finished with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.

Discovery 45, Jonesboro 36:
Akaya Chaney led the Titans with 19 points. Keyara Wooden scored 10 points and Janiece Long added 8.

South Forsyth 56, Johns Creek 46: Wingate-commit Ashley Breindl tossed in 20 points to power the War Eagles.

Woodstock 60, Centennial 31: Freshman Karson Martin pumped in 19 points. Bridget Utberg had 17 points while Savannah Casey and Carly Henderson scored 7 points apiece.

Etowah 43, Kennesaw Mountain 28: Ally Zazzara netted 15 points and Tristan Moore scored 12 in the win.

No. 6 Dacula 56, South Gwinnett 35: All-State sophomore Lazaria Spearman posted 15 points, 15 rebounds and 3 assists. Jin Sileo added 10 points and Nyla Moore had 8 points and 4 assists. Haneefat Adanjo chipped in 7 points and 7 rebounds. Keyanna Gibbs finished with 8 points and 4 rebounds.

Pope 51, Lassiter 46: Cheyenne Holloman scored 23 points.

No. 1 Buford 59, 3ANo. 6 GAC 25: Buford rolled their second straight Top 10 opponent to start their title defense. The Wolves led 42-8 at the half. Furman-commit Tate Walters (13) and Tatum Ozment (12) led 11 players that scored.

Kell 57, Sprayberry 33: Freshman Crystal Henderson scored 20 points in the win.

Woodward Academy 96, Creekside 19: Sydney Bowles finished with 21 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Kennedie Mosley had 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Kai Lanier finished with 14 points and 4 steals while Sara Lewis tallied 11 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists and 6 steals. Anna Wylder had 11 points and 4 rebounds. Savannah Simms had 7 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals. Maddy Cronin chipped in 7 points and 5 steals.

No. 2 Jefferson 55, Banks County 52: The Dragons used a 7-0 run over the final 2:20 to slip past the Leopards. Courtney Kidd scored 15 points while North Georgia-commit Livi Blackstock and Deshona Gaither scored 11 points apiece. Banks County was led by Sadie Simpson’s 12 points. Kamryn Grier (10), Jacy Ayers (9), Lillie Venable (8) and Hailey Seashorn (6) powered the new-look Leopards.

Lumpkin County 51, Chestatee 45:
Isabel Davenport scored 19 points followed by Mary Mullinax’s 18 to pace the Indians. Lexi Pierce (7) and Madisyn Echols (5) pitched in. Logan Wiggins led Chestatee with 17 points in the loss while Maggie McNair netted 16.

East Jackson 69, Oglethorpe County 23: Freshmen Antonia Pittman and Destiny Rakestraw each scored 22 points.

Hapeville Charter 51, Drew Charter 34: Ashley Eberhart posted 22 points and 6 steals. A’Aliyah Clay had 14 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 6 steals while Atoria Steele chipped in 6 points and 8 rebounds.

(SCRIMMAGE) Union County 61, Rabun Gap 41: Sophomore Ava Hunter dominated inside with 28 points. Andelin Hill scored 11 points followed by Kait McCarter’s 9.

No. 3 Wesleyan 65, No. 10 Greenforest 52: Georgia Tech-commit AC Carter scored 19 points to lead the way. Paige Lyons scored 15 points and Alyssa Phillip netted 14.

No. 4 Hebron Christian 79, Chamblee 21: The Lions saw three players crack double figures in scoring. Carly Heidger had 18 points and 6 rebounds while Nicole Azar tacked on 18 points, 4 assists and 5 steals. Carly Fahey flirted with a triple-double with 10 points, 6 assists and 8 steals Malia Fisher finished with 9 points and 6 rebounds.

Galloway 58, No. 9 ELCA 44:
Galloway made an early season statement behind Jayla Brown (23), Jada Ryce (16) and Allison Hoffmann (12).

Paideia 47, Notre Dame 33:
Christina Walker netted 24 points while freshman Alessia Sacchi chipped in 10 points.
