No. 9 Newton 88, 5ANo. 7 Fayette County 78: Shawn Smith (19), Qua Brown (15), Georgia Southern-signee Caleb Byrd (13) and TJ Clark (13) powered the Rams offense.

No. 10 Lambert 55, Brookwood 54: Ohio-signee Colin Granger had 15 points and 8 rebounds while Will Baker added 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Braxton Beaty tossed in 10 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.


Etowah 63, River Ridge 37: Cole Ellis led nine players that scored with 17 points while Will Garvey pitched in 15 points and 8 rebounds.

Archer 89, Mill Creek 67: Justin Edmondson had 23 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals while Christian Drummer posted 22 points and 5 rebounds in the blow out. CJ Hines rounded out the attack with 19 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals while Brent Smith had 11 points and 6 rebounds.

Mountain View 69, Central Gwinnett 56: Sean Pierre Akers-Kennedy scored 16 points to lead the Bears. Wyatt Fricks and Noah Scales had 12 points apiece while Myles Davis netted 11 points.

No. 9 Lanier 58, Duluth 49: Drew McConnell (22), Iajah Phillips (16) and Tulane-signee Sion James (13 rebounds) helped the Longhorns over Duluth.

New Manchester 57, South Paulding 40: Dee Topps powered the Jaguars with 24 points while Trashawn Wilson had 9 points. Caleb Duncan and Knowledge Ruben led South Paulding with 10 points apiece. Jared Amritt added 7 points.

Mundy’s Mill 84, Ola 50:
Mason Pierre and Chris Lango scored 16 points apiece while Reggie Etheridge Jr. (14) and Davin Butler (12) both cracked double digits.

Centennial 62, Roswell 57: Logan Turner had 20 points and 14 rebounds while Kyle Duncan tallied 13 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals and 4 blocks. Kaleb Jordan added 10 points, 3 assists and 3 steals. Freshman Mansir Williamson chipped in 9 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals while Wade Kahl had 4 points, 12 rebounds and 3 blocks. In the loss, George Pridgett netted 22 points and Jase McCullough scored 16.

Pope 67, Sprayberry 45: Ross Shepherd collected his third double-double of the year with 20 points, 12 rebounds and 6 blocks. Gannon Brown had 12 points and 10 rebounds while Will Kolker posted 12 points and 8 assists.

North Oconee 69, Apalachee 66: In the defeat, Montee Flan led the Wildcats with 15 points. Jamonte Wallace, Brayson Hayes and Shaan Cook all scored 11 points.

Alpharetta 57, Denmark 19: Mary-Grace Durham led the Raiders with 16 points while Simone Lett double-doubled with 10 points and 14 rebounds. Jodi Goins had 9 points and 6 blocks.
