Savanah Minshew
2028 5-10 F Savanah Minshew – Wood Elite Select – Model
I was very impressed with Savanah Minshew’s diverse skill set in a 46-25 win over Team Loaded. The stretch-forward knocked down a straightaway three and attacked the basket for a left-handed layup. Minshew creates mismatches with her inside-out game. She is physical in the paint when rebounding and altering shots. Savanah is a perfect pick-and-pop post who can also catch and finish on the roll. Minshew recorded 5 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 4 blocks. Her jump shooting and quick first step should lead to a strong sophomore season.

Aubrey Robey
2028 5-8 G Aubrey Robey – Wood Elite Select – Sprayberry
I think Aubrey should be a very usable piece in Year 2 at Sprayberry. I came away impressed with her physical size in the backcourt, a strong frame equipped with a nice skill set. Robey looks capable of playing 1-3. Against Team Loaded she was aggressive with the ball in her hands, attacking for an And-1 baseline drive. Robey netted a corner three with a pretty-looking jump shot, finishing her day with 7 points, 1 rebound and 1 assist. What I liked most was Aubrey’s effort on defense. She moved her feet well when defending on the perimeter, able to beat ball handlers to the spot to keep them out of the lane. I expect Robey’s role and production to increase each and every season at Sprayberry.

2028 5-8 G Hadley Hooks – Wood Elite Select – River Ridge
Hadley made big plays throughout in a back-and-forth 58-53 win over FBC Team All In Next Up. Hooks’ impact was felt on defense, helping force turnovers with her activity in the full court. She got deflections when defending the ball and scored in transition. Hooks showed off her range with a three from the wing. Effort will be a big part of Hadley’s game moving forward as she will battle for rotational minutes in Year 2.

2028 5-8 F Kendall Arnett – FBC Team All In Next Up – North Forsyth
The toughness of Kendall Arnett was impressive. The slightly undersized forward was physical inside, posting up hard to score with both hands. Arnett’s activity drew multiple fouls in the paint. Kendall helped handle the ball in spurts along the perimeter and even netted a three. She finished with 20 of her team’s 53 points in the loss to Wood Elite Select. I loved her motor.

Ali Jae Bull
2028 5-6 G Ali Jae Bull – FBC Team All In Next Up – Chestatee
Ali Jae made plays downhill as both a scorer and facilitator. Bull has no issues playing through contact, using her strong upper body to rip through the arms of defenders on her way to the rim. She was able to get deep in the paint and wrap around assists to her posts. Bull’s a coast-to-coast threat upon clearing rebounds. She plays well off two feet.

Domonique Billue
2028 5-9 W Domonique Billue – Fam University – Westside-Macon
The Region 2-2A Co-Player of the Year as a freshman, Billue showcased her versatility from 15-feet and in in a win over Vision Elite, finishing with 11 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 1 block. Domonique is a long swingman with touch in the paint. She is able to post up and is effective when working the high post. She netted a mid-range jumper, a short pull-up and backed down a defender on the left block to score with her right hand.

Samaria Young2028 5-8 W Samaria Young – Georgia Sting – Washington-Wilkes
Samaria opened up Sunday with a big performance in a 56-48 loss. The wiry lefty used her activity level to consistently affect the game. Young slashed her way to the rim on downhill curl cuts, finishing with both hands. She attacked rebounds both offensively and defensively. Samaria’s effort helped the Georgia Sting stay within striking distance throughout the game. Young plays hard. She finished with a game-high 18 points, 9 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block as the Sting played with just five players.

Grace Musselman2028 5-11 W Grace Musselman – OTP – Milton
Grace continues to trend up with her development. The lefty has had a productive offseason, which started with her showing at the Sandy’s Spiel Spring Showcase where she first popped up on my radar. Musselman’s versatility, size and skill were apparent in OTP’s loss to FBC NextUp, netting three threes and a baseline pull-up turnaround jumper. Grace can steal minutes at positions 2-4 and even play a small-ball five if needed. Musselman can create mismatches offensively with her ability to handle outside and stretch the floor. Against NextUp, she did a nice job rebounding and protecting the rim. Grace tallied 11 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks. As she earns a bigger and bigger role at Milton, her name and game will become more and more familiar with college coaches.

Reagan Mulligan
2028 5-2 CG Reagan Mulligan – OTP – River Ridge
The reigning GHSA Three-Point Contest Champion wasn’t able to knockdown any threes against FBC NextUp but after a slow start caught fire and led a late comeback bid before falling short. Reagan will be pressed into substantial minutes in Year 2 after seeing a two-time state championship winning 2025 class graduate. Mulligan is a streaky scorer that can catch fire especially from deep but her height can be an issue when guarded by larger players. Mulligan is at her best playing off-ball as a scorer where she can catch-and-shoot. If it’s not a three-point shot, its either a runner or a floater; Mulligan’s feet usually never set unless it is a three-point attempt off the catch. Her floater was her biggest weapon on Sunday, dropping in five along with a banked in runner from about 15-feet. Reagan is a bit of an unorthodox scorer off the bounce, but her touch leads her to being a microwave. Mulligan posted 12 points, 1 rebound and 2 assists in the defeat.

2028 5-4 PG Summer Bohatch – OTP – Creekview
I really liked what I saw out of Summer Bohatch off the bench against FBC NextUp. Bohatch is slight of build but she is a legitimate point guard who makes her presence felt as a playmaker. Summer used her quickness to attack downhill. She did a great job working the baseline to find drift passes to the corners for three-point shots. Summer sank a corner three herself and converted on a drive. Her drive-and-dish offense led OTP to good looks along the perimeter.

Janiyah Quiller
2028 5-4 G Janiyah Quiller – Academy Elite – Evans
I love how hard Janiyah plays. I got my first chance to watch her back in May at the Kyle Sandy Classic where she impressed with her motor and ability to get to the rim. On Sunday, the southpaw didn’t have a big game offensively but her energy was still enough to receive high marks in my book. Listed anywhere from 5-foot-2 to 5-foot-4, Quiller’s nose for the ball is different from others. The smaller guard are the more they need to stand out to college coaches, Janiyah does that with her toughness. She’s a terrific rebounder for her height and a scrappy defender that plays hard every possession. In 42-34 loss to Lady Empact, it was Janiyah who led all players with 10 rebounds to go along with her 2 points, 3 assists and 2 steals. Quiller is a competitor.

2028 5-11 PF Jada Wells – Britt Basketball Academy – Northgate
Ice water was in Jada Wells’ veins as she nailed a pair of free throws with 0.2 seconds left to force overtime against Team Passion, an eventual 55-54 double overtime victory for Britt Basketball Academy. Wells did the bulk of her damage in the paint. She scored on a post up and two putbacks but she also hit a huge corner three late in regulation to keep BBA close with Team Passion. Jada finished with 13 points, 12 rebounds and 2 blocks. Wells will play a big role for Northgate after averaging 3.7 points and 4.3 rebounds as a freshman.
