Finley Parker2027 6-3 W Finley Parker – River Ridge
Finley couldn’t have picked a better game to have maybe the best game of her young career, pouring in 29 points, 8 rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocks in front of UConn Head Coach Geno Auriemma in a 74-60 win over host Holy Innocents’. A scoreless second quarter due to foul trouble was the only blemish on Parker’s box score. The highly touted sophomore did it all against Holy Innocents’ equally talented young frontcourt. Parker scorched the nets from the perimeter, the 6-foot-3 inside-out threat netting five three-pointers while adding two more mid-range jumpers. Every time Holy Innocents’ made a move to draw closer, it was Parker who buried a dagger to keep them at bay. Finley scored 19 points in the second half, taking advantage by pulling out Holy Innocents’ bigs to guard her outside. Already with a handful of High Major offers, don’t be surprised if UConn starts to track her over the course of her final three seasons.

Loriel Murray
2028 6-2 PF Loriel Murray – Holy Innocents’
I loved how Loriel played against River Ridge. She was dominant inside, showcasing her upside in front of college coaches of all levels. Murray posted 21 points, 16 rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocks. She was active in the paint, attacking rebounds and scoring with a soft touch. Loriel scored on five putbacks. Murray got post position on high-low looks and deftly scored on reverse layups. Loriel really likes to score with short jumpers, a threat with face-ups and turnarounds from 5-10 feet. The freshman looks like a future Power 5 post presence.

Nakhai Worthy
2027 6-2 F Nakhai Worthy – Holy Innocents’
Nimble Nakhai had her guard skills working, attacking downhill throughout the game against River Ridge. Worthy recorded three And-1s, two via post-ups and the other off the dribble. When Worthy got to the rack, she finished with both hands. She hit a mid-range jumper and scored on a turnaround jumper out of the post. Munchie finished with 17 points, 13 rebounds and 3 assists. What I like most about the blue-chip prospect is how she can take over games but do so humbly. She plays with a level-head, not getting too high or too low while respecting her teammates and her opponents equally.

2027 5-6 PG Tobi Owolabi – Norcross
Norcross secured a signature 42-39 win over Carrollton, a battle of the top two teams in the preseason poll. Tobi Owolabi was outstanding, the difference maker for the Lady Blue. Known for their size and interior defense, a guard that can score has always been paramount to Norcross’ success. Owolabi provided just enough firepower with a game-high 19 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists. Tobi was excellent from the perimeter as both a shooter and slasher. She drained four threes, hitting them off the catch and off the dribble. When Tobi got downhill, she did so physically, absorbing contact with her strong compact frame. She had three tough drives through the teeth of the defense, scoring without running into a charge, which Carrollton is elite at taking. Tobi is one of the best point guards in Georgia’s 2027 class. D-I offers shouldn’t be too far off.

Cadence Peterson2025 5-10 W Cadence Peterson – Norcross
I am a big fan of Cadence Peterson. Her only known offer I have seen is from East Georgia State –surprising that she doesn’t have more. Peterson is a vocal leader on the floor. That is what first stood out to me while sitting baseline for Norcross’ physical 42-39 win over Carrollton. Peterson directs teammates where to go on defense and holds them accountable. Cadence is tough as nails. She’s a big guard that can play multiple positions, capable 2-4. On Monday, she did well creating for others, seeing the floor off the bounce. Peterson herself scored on an And-1 drive with her right hand on the left side, netted a pull-up floater and maneuvered her way to a hoop with a step-through move in the fourth quarter. Cadence collected 6 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. I still feel like Peterson is flying under the radar. Her versatility and grittiness can help college programs.

Daija Preston2025 5-9 PG Daija Preston – Carrollton
The VCU-signee shot the ball as well as I have ever seen her, confidently stroking five threes. Daija buried pull-up jumper after pull-up jumper from beyond the arc, netting three while sinking another long ball off a dribble hand-off. Preston posted 17 points, 8 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal against Norcross. She carried the Trojans, scoring nearly half of their 39 points. When Preston is shooting efficiently from distance and getting contributions elsewhere across the roster, Carrollton is as good as anyone in Class 6A.

Rhianna Boynton
2027 6-0 F Rhianna Boynton – Hardaway
D-I schools are starting to rumble about Rhianna Boynton. In a 67-51 win over Marietta, Boynton bullied the smaller Blue Devils inside with another double-double, racking up 17 points, 15 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 1 block. Boynton is a terrific athlete – long, strong and springy. She is a nuisance on the offensive glass and will only get better as she continues to polish her touch around the rim. Rhianna scored on three putbacks, had a left-handed finish and powered in a hoop off a backdown. Boynton is a foul magnet. She went 3-9 from the stripe. I loved Rhianna in the state title game last year and she has used that momentum to springboard into a breakout season, a candidate for Class 2A Most Improved Player and arguably the best prospect in Columbus.

Leah DeWitt2028 5-9 PG Leah DeWitt – Marietta
Leah’s historic freshman season continued albeit in a loss. DeWitt sank six threes to become the single-season recorder holder for three-pointers in a season and then scored her 500th point later in the week against Cherokee. Marietta lost 67-51 to Hardaway but trailed by just one-point at halftime 25-24. Leah carried the Blue Devils with 33 points, 7 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 block. She drilled deep threes off the catch, pulled up off the dribble and got to her step-back to rain in trifectas. Leah utilized floaters inside in the arc, scoring four times with tear drops while also connecting on a mid-range pull-up in transition. The High Major prospect has unsurprisingly turned in one of the best seasons in the state, regardless of grade or classification.

Morgan Landrum
2027 6-0 F Morgan Landrum – North Paulding
Morgan Landrum took over in a 70-45 win against Baldwin, just a 30-26 advantage at the half. Landrum was all over the floor, picking off passes, altering shots, grabbing rebounds and attacking in the open floor. What really impressed me was Morgan’s court vision. The Boston College-commit served as a playmaker, delivering perfect passes to open teammates while creating off the dribble. Landrum’s trajectory and ceiling continue to rise. The springy forward looked like a blossoming big guard on Monday.

Ava Andrews
2025 6-1 W Ava Andrews – North Paulding
The Delaware-signee drained three three-pointers while providing her usual stat sheet stuffing effort elsewhere. Andrews has really elevated her guard skills, becoming a true table setter her senior season. With her elite athleticism, Ava is able to get to wherever she wants on the floor. She leaps to make bullet passes and is extremely difficult to guard when she is shooting from the perimeter with confidence. Andrews is a two-way difference maker at Delaware.
