In what turned out to be a blood bath of a game, physical play with sporadic whistles, Ashlynn was an early casualty of foul trouble, sitting out the second quarter as Creekview held a narrow 19-18 lead at the half. Once Bleisath returned to the court she made an immediate impact with her floor spacing ability helping Creekview survive against Dalton in overtime 50-42. Shakiria Foster2024 5-7 G Shakiria Foster – Lamar County
Coming into camp Shakiria Foster had something to prove. After a strong showing last week at PRO Summer Madness, the All-State guard still had work to do in Carrollton. Foster cemented herself as not just a dynamic athlete that can get to the rim whenever she wants, but she proved she can consistently shoot the three at an efficient rate and in the process, all but secured herself as a legitimate D-II prospect.
