Heading into Week 5, 11 Top 10 teams will be in action at the Sandy’s Spiel Showcase at Grayson High School this Saturday including four number one ranked teams and three others in their respective classification’s Top 5. The biggest girls event in the state is expected to host college programs from across the country as some of Georgia’s best teams will be on display which will of course lead to plenty of shake-up in the rankings next week. Moving out of Thanksgiving tournaments and into Week 3, there still haven’t been any changes to the eight preseason number one ranked teams. As a whole, number one teams have compiled a 30-4 record. With that being said, the current front runners are far away from being locks for state titles.
